The Philadelphia Eagles signed rookie free agent Terence Thomas, a linebacker from Villanova. The 6-0, 235-pound linebacker started all 53 games over his four-year college career, racking up 327 tackles, 17.5 sacks, six forced fumbles and an interceptions. Thomas was a captain his senior year and a 2010 All-CAA Football First Team selection.
The Eagles added depth to their offensive line by signing Evan Mathis, a guard with 22 starts and 58 appearances over seven seasons in the NFL.
